Reserved scheduling will be on a rotating priority basis, in order that each deeded interest has an equal opportunity to reserve their own prime times.
This home will be co-owned by four deeded ownership interests, each of which will own an equal, undivided one-quarter share.
The terms and conditions of ownership are provided for in a Purchase Agreement and Declaration of Rules and Restrictions. Each Shared Ownership Interest will receive a title evidenced by a real estate deed, which will be recorded and insured by a title insurance policy
Each Owner will be bound by the terms of a Purchase Agreement and other related governing documents.
The property will be maintained under a management contract and governed by the owners acting as a group.
The management company will manage all aspects of the property and provide an interactive easy to use an online reservation system.
